L3 Support Tech Deskside

Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience
Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills
Solid networking experience (TCP/IP, OSI layers, network troubleshooting)
Application-specific support with basic troubleshooting capabilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies
Exposure to AMR technologies such as MIR, Autoguide, Omron, JBT, Creform, OTTO, AIUT/Aformic, or Bastian Automation
Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation frameworks
