Responsibilities

Serve as a key operational point of contact for the financial governance of a global portfolio of professional services engagements, helping facilitate fiscal communications and processes for the extended workforce
Administer financial and spend tracking processes for this portfolio, managing day-to-day correspondence with internal stakeholders (e.g., Google managers) and external partners (e.g., professional services suppliers)
Support the annual budgeting process for the extended workforce portfolio. Track actuals against the plan, flag variances for review, and help implement corrective actions to ensure financial goals are met
Maintain and update financial dashboards and reporting suites. Prepare data on spend trends, headcount allocation, and vendor performance to support decision-making and provide visibility to leadership
Support operational scalability by utilizing data insights and reporting tools. Help identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in program management
Experience with financial modeling
Experience with forecasting and budgeting operations

Preferred

Experience with SQL
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), (e.g., SAP)
