Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and of all applicable security regulations and directives (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC, DFARS, ITAR) to protect sensitive government data and ensure compliance. Manage security audits and certifications
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and end-user devices. Ensure system stability, security, and performance
Oversee the Cyber Security organization
Direct and manage the IT Enterprise Applications organization
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing value
Manage relationships with IT vendors, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure IT solutions meet their requirements. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies that can enhance business operations and support the company's competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 15+ years of experience planning and leading enterprise-wide programs, service delivery, and enterprise IT infrastructure initiatives
Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise infrastructure development and implementation
Experience in managing a budget
Deep understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, CMMC, DFARS, ITAR)
Proven success leading and developing high-performing IT teams in a complex, regulated environment
Extensive experience with cybersecurity best practices and technologies
Expertise in IT infrastructure, applications, and cloud computing
Expertise in Enterprise applications (e.g. MRP/ERP/MES/PLM) systems, associated integrations and data analytics
Excellent project management skills and experience, and the ability to drive change
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives
Preferred
Active TS/SCI clearance
Experience working with government agencies
Experience successfully leading & executing hands-on implementation of an enterprise-wide system
Experience working in both open and regulated/secure environment and how to architect systems to operate across those boundaries
Experience with any of the following: Deltek Costpoint, Deltek Cobra, Teamcenter, Manufacturo, Mulesoft, PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft .NET and C# with SQL Database, Alteryx
