Responsibilities
Manage and support BeyondTrust Password Safe and PMUL (Privileged Management for Unix/Linux) environments
Perform privileged account discovery and onboarding for Windows, Unix/Linux, network devices, and service accounts
Configure and maintain password vaulting, rotation policies, and access control mechanisms
Onboard servers, applications, and devices into Password Safe for secure privileged session management
Support user onboarding and offboarding activities within PMUL, ensuring proper access provisioning and deprovisioning
Provide operational support for remote access tools including Exceed Turbo X and ETL integrations
Monitor privileged sessions and assist in troubleshooting access-related issues
Assist in implementing and maintaining security policies, access governance, and compliance controls
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness by participating in backup validation, failover testing, and multi–data center recovery activities
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access practices across the organization
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management
Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe and PMUL
Strong experience onboarding privileged accounts across Windows and Unix/Linux platforms
Experience managing service accounts and implementing password rotation policies
Knowledge of privileged session monitoring and secure remote access tools (e.g., Exceed Turbo X)
Understanding of access lifecycle management (user onboarding/offboarding)
Familiarity with enterprise security practices and compliance requirements
Experience supporting DR environments across multiple data centers
Preferred
Experience working in a large enterprise or managed services environment
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and identity governance concepts
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Shell) for automation
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
