Responsibilities
Define and lead the enterprise ServiceNow architecture and long-term roadmap
Design and architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, and CSDM
Establish platform governance, architectural standards, and best practices
Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, SSO, LDAP, and OAuth
Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring code quality and effective release management
Drive CMDB health, data quality, governance, and continuous platform optimization
Act as the technical SME and escalation point for high-impact initiatives
Qualification
Required
12+ years of overall IT experience, with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture
Proven track record of designing large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow solutions
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM
Expertise in platform governance, integrations, and performance optimization
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
Preferred
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM / ITOM) – Preferred
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred
