Responsibilities
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Software Engineer with interest in agentic AI and at least 5 years of general engineering experience who wants to make an impact as one of the founding engineers of our new AI-focused incubator teams

While our core products are already humming, we're always looking for new ideas to expand access to care
Our incubator teams will have all of the freedom of a seed stage startup, but with the unfair advantage of direct customer relationships with 6 of the 10 largest US health plans and access to much deeper resources
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of general engineering experience
At least 5 years of broad, full-stack or backend-focused experience
At least 1 year of experience working at the seed stage, whether as a cofounder or early engineer
Experience with Python and JS/TS
Preferred
Interest in agentic AI
Desire to work in a startup culture
Impatient desire to hack, scrappiness is a virtue
