Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of enhancements, change requests, and minor projects across SAP Finance and BRIM
Work closely with internal business stakeholders (Finance, Billing, Revenue Assurance) to gather, prioritize, and validate requirements
Coordinate with internal SAP functional teams, developers, and QA for efficient build-test-release cycles
Maintain enhancement backlog and track delivery using Jira (epics, stories, sprints, dashboards)
Conduct impact analysis across FI (Fixed Assets, GL, CO), FICA , and BRIM (CI, CC, SOM) modules
Ensure compliance with internal governance, change management, and release processes
Support UAT coordination, defect management, and production deployment activities
Prepare and present delivery status, risks, and benefits to IT leadership and business sponsors
Drive process optimization and automation opportunities in Finance and Billing areas
Apply Asset-Based Securitization knowledge for related enhancement projects
Qualification
Required
10+ years IT experience; 5+ years in SAP Project/Enhancement Management
Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO (especially Fixed Assets Accounting) and SAP BRIM (FICA, CI, CC)
Proven experience managing enhancements in live SAP environments (greenfield experience not required)
Strong understanding of telecom finance and billing processes
Hands-on proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint delivery
Excellent stakeholder management skills with internal business and technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Finance (MBA preferred)
PMP / Agile certification is a plus
Preferred
Knowledge of Asset-Based Securitization (ABS) accounting and reporting
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS integration patterns
