Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Waterproofing & Restoration engineers
Provide technical oversight for complex restoration and envelope projects
Develop and manage project budgets, proposals, and schedules
Review billings and prepare change orders
Forecast workload and allocate resources effectively
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
Contribute to revenue forecasting and departmental financial planning
Participate in business development and marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with Florida inspection and restoration requirements
Oversee quality control of reports, design documents, and inspections
Collaborate with executive leadership on department strategy and growth
Qualification
Required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Extensive experience in structural engineering, building envelope, waterproofing, or restoration consulting
Experience leading teams and managing project portfolios
Proven ability to manage budgets, proposals, and department growth
Preferred
Strong understanding of Florida Building Code and SIRS/Milestone requirements preferred
Client-facing and business development experience strongly preferred
