Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from planning through bid award, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
Oversee and approve the development of bid-ready plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates, serving as Engineer of Record as required
Coordinate project development activities with internal teams, consultants, agencies, tribes, and local governments, including environmental, right-of-way, and utility coordination
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff, including workload management, performance reviews, hiring, and professional development
Support capital program development and departmental initiatives, including contract administration, procedural reviews, and participation in committees or special assignments

Required

Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect
Three years of professional engineering or architectural experience (Engineer/Architect series), or the equivalent
Valid driver's license
Professional Engineer's license
Copy of Professional Engineer's License
Three (3) references with current contact information, of which at least two (2) must be professional references
Copy of Current Driver's License, front & back
