Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and industry visits for participants
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure internship and employment opportunities
Provide mentorship and support to participants, helping them develop professional skills and confidence
Track participant progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on program outcomes
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new participants, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve program content and delivery methods
Organize career development activities such as resume writing, interview preparation, and networking events
Ensure compliance with program policies and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all participants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Social Services, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, youth development, or workforce training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young adults and industry professionals
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management systems
Preferred
Knowledge of industry sectors such as IT, business operations, or healthcare is a plus
