Voice Engineer
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled individual to support their global voice operations engineering efforts. The role focuses on managing core voice services and supporting infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and swift issue resolution.

Responsibilities
Provide engineering support for Cisco and MS Teams voice operations
Manage all aspects of core voice services and support infrastructure globally
Participate in change and problem management reviews
Work closely with vendors and manage internal teams
Perform technical troubleshooting and manage risk assessments
Participate in a night and weekend on-call rotation for escalated issues
Lead meetings and communicate updates to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of operational engineering expertise with Voice Networking, including SIP, Carrier, e911, Contact Center, IVR, CTI, and VOIP technologies
Strong knowledge of Cisco Voice Systems, including Incident Management process and TAC engagement
Experience with NICE Recording, including provisioning
MS Teams Voice provisioning experience
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred
Experience working in the financial or banking industry
ServiceNow experience
3-4 years experience in a lead role
Strong risk management skills – able to understand urgency and assess impact
Ability to work in a highly visible environment
Knowledge of ITIL Processes with a focus on Major Incident Management and Problem Management
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
