Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to the park office and the pool ticket booth when it is operational for Caledonia State Park
Manage the pool ticket booth, overseeing high-volume cash transactions and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the day
Serve as a park ambassador, providing visitors with essential information regarding facilities, local attractions, and park regulations
Facilitate park accessibility by issuing disability parking permits
Handle all incoming telephone and email inquiries, ensuring that visitor concerns are addressed promptly or directed to the appropriate management or ranger staff
