Responsibilities
Attend daily safety meeting (6:00–7:00 AM) and support ongoing site safety efforts
Serve as a designated spotter during core drilling operations as needed
Walk job sites to monitor safety conditions and ensure work areas remain organized
Assist with general construction site cleanup and maintain a clean laydown yard
Support drill operators and crew with light general labor duties
Monitor surroundings and flag potential safety concerns
Follow all jobsite safety guidelines and procedures
Maintain consistent communication with site leadership and crew members
Qualification
Required
Prior construction or general labor experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
Physically able to walk job sites, climb stairs, and work outdoors
Comfortable working in active construction environments (not assigned to high-risk areas)
Reliable, punctual, and able to attend early morning safety meetings
No OSHA certification required (company can sponsor certification if needed)
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
