Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and issues at Amkor Technology Arizona
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) as they pertain to Amkor Technology Arizona
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validations, and troubleshooting
Manage user access and security roles for factory HRIS users in accordance with corporate policies
Collaborate with corporate HRIS to request system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes needed for the Amkor Technology Arizona
Communicate site-specific HRIS requirements and advocate for the facility needs in enterprise-wide HRIS initiatives
Support the implementation of corporate-driven HRIS projects at Amkor Technology Arizona
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support Human Resources decision-making at Amkor Technology Arizona
Monitor and analyze Human Resources metrics such as headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, and diversity for Amkor Technology Arizona
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports to local stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline Human Resources processes at the factory through automation and system enhancements
Work with HR and IT teams to implement approved process improvements
Serve as a champion for AI functionality in Human Resources at Amkor Technology Arizona
Teach and encourage Human Resources staff and end-users to leverage AI tools and features within HRIS and related platforms
Suggest and help implement AI-driven solutions to automate and improve Human Resources processes
Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
Support audits and maintain documentation as required
Train Human Resources staff and end-users on system functionality, reporting tools, and new features
Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective use of HRIS at Amkor Technology Arizona

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in HRIS management or Human Resources systems administration
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and project management skills
Experience with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus

Preferred

Certification in HRIS systems or data analytics is desired
Experience with SQL or other data query languages is preferred
Familiarity with HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation is a plus
Experience with AI tools or HR technology innovation is highly desirable
