The intern will support the team by assisting with data collection, reporting, organization, and analysis, while contributing to the development of internal presentations and supporting ongoing operational initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support data entry and maintain accurate information in Excel, Smartsheet, and internal databases
Help gather, organize, and validate data from different sources
Perform basic data analysis to identify simple trends or issues
Create clear, professional PowerPoint slides and visual summaries for team meetings
Assist with updating database systems and documenting processes
Help troubleshoot basic data or system issues under guidance
Support cross‑functional projects through effective communication and timely information sharing
Assist with plant identification, categorization, and organizing nursery product information as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general comfort with Microsoft Office tools
Willingness to learn Smartsheet or similar workflow systems
Interest in data, organization, and developing analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of plant materials or an interest in learning
Ability to maintain confidential information responsibly
