Responsibilities
Performs civil design using knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Works with other engineering disciplines and professionals in the coordination of the project under the direction of a senior engineer/designer
Performs field work as directed by a senior engineer/designer
Assists with engineering duties on projects of various complexity
Assists with collecting data and gathering information to support design decisions
Assists in basic interpretation and verifying compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards and practices
Constructs models to identify project specifications and meet related needs by performing routing aspects of engineering assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years of aviation design experience with detailed knowledge of FAA standards
Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision with a focus on client service
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness and ability to learn new job skills
Proficiency in design programs (AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Preferred
Senior positions are available for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience
