Responsibilities
Lead engineering teams in a production test environment
Support teams that develop complete test solutions to support semi-automated product testing throughout the product lifecycle
Assist with project planning and execution, and management / development of the assigned workforce
Demonstrate project and personnel leadership skills in prior assignments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of: 10+ Years with BS, 8+ Years with MS, 6+ Year with PHD
Ability to lead engineering teams in a production test environment
Working knowledge of the product development life-cycle, Design For Manufacturability, Design for Test, Design for Sustainability, and Test Equipment
Possess an Active US Government security clearance
Experience leading development of Electronic Warfare, RADAR, Communications, and/or Missile systems
Experience with EW and/or Radar and Missile Systems
Preferred
Ability to lead Test Engineers while successfully collaborating with other managers or engineers from other disciplines
People skills that support collaboration across multiple channels, a good listener, promotes solutions versus problems
Motivated, team-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to estimate cost & schedules and manage projects
Active DoD clearance
Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree
