They are seeking a motivated Data Analytics Co-op to assist in data collection, analysis, and visualization to support operational decision-making within the Avionics Operations Technology and Development team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support operational decision-making

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data needs and opportunities for process improvements

Support the implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance

Perform data validation and ensure data quality and integrity

Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate reports as needed by the Operations team

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for data analytics

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages for data analysis

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Familiarity with statistical concepts, data modeling, and predictive analytics

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences

Prior experience or coursework in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
