Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BA
Financial Domain Expertise: Proven experience in one or more areas: Retail/Commercial Banking, Payments, Capital Markets
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with API analysis, system integrations, and data flow mapping
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern application architecture and cloud-ready design principles
Technical Proficiency: Understanding of testing principles, strategies, and best practices across the software development lifecycle
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Soft Skills: Proven ability to work with a distributed team, including off-shore teams
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a focus problem-solving
