InternTonti Properties is seeking a motivated and people-oriented Property Management Intern to join their multifamily property team. This role offers hands-on experience in real estate, property management, and leasing operations while engaging with residents and on-site staff.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective resident (in person, phone, and email)
Schedule and conduct apartment tours
Support leasing activities and application processing
Help with marketing efforts (social media, flyers, online listings)
Maintain accurate records and update property management software
Assist with resident events and general office support
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, friendly, and organized
Comfortable using basic computer systems and social media
Interest in real estate, leasing, or property management
