Responsibilities
Lead strategy and standards for BMS, DCIM, and automation systems across the fleet
Oversee design, integration, and commissioning of major automation and controls initiatives
Define alarm philosophy, controls architecture, and cybersecurity requirements for OT systems
Drive adoption of smart building technologies, analytics, and digital twin capabilities
Manage vendors and develop technical talent; champion continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
12 years of experience in infrastructure design/development, engineering, product development or related field
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field AND 8 years of experience in infrastructure design/development, engineering, product development or related field
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field AND 6 years of experience in infrastructure design/development, engineering, product development or related field
Doctorate in Thermal or Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 4 years of experience in infrastructure design/development, engineering, product development or related field
Incident Management and Response: Demonstrated ability to respond to and resolve incidents quickly to maintain business continuity
Automation: Demonstrated ability to automate business or technical processes, streamlining operations and reducing manual effort
Preferred
13 years of experience in infrastructure design/development, engineering, product development, or related field
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field AND 9 years of experience in infrastructure design/development, engineering, product development, or related field
