USER SUPPORT, TRAINING, AND IT HELP DESK
RESEARCH, TESTING, DOCUMENTATION, AND IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT
Qualification
Required
Four years of experience in information technology
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus two years of experience in information technology
An associate's degree in information technology plus two years of experience in information technology
A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in information technology
A bachelor's degree with twenty-four semester hours in an information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics field plus one year of experience in information technology
A master's degree plus one year of experience in information technology
Daily multi-site travel
After-hours availability for critical systems support
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT team
Preferred
Experience in Microsoft Windows 11 and Windows Server administration
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) administration
Experience in Microsoft Office 365 cloud services administration
Experience in Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Experience in Windows Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for mobile device management
Experience in Cisco Call Manager VOIP platform administration
Experience in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication administration
Experience in network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
