Responsibilities
Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans
Independently develop and review code
Contribute to the go-live plan
Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Irving, TX, or willing to relocate to either of these locations. This position may require travel in the US
4+ experience in Software development focused on NodeJS
Preferred
NodeJS, SQL, MongoDB technical experience
Monitoring of technical and business events/metrics
Monitoring of alerts and taking necessary actions
Customer/Store Reps interaction on call and email and Teams
Incident Resolution/Tasks handling/ Bug Fixes as per L3 level
Anchoring the Critical Incident calls/issues as per Client process
AWS Cloud Watch log analysis and New Relic observability tool monitoring
Newrelic dashboard creation, Pager Duty experience
Should be OK for support project
Strong analytical, oral, and communication skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Self-learner with effective time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
