Client Success Intern
Redlist is a SaaS company focused on helping industrial teams operate more reliably. The Client Success Intern will work directly with Senior Customer Success Managers and Onboarding Project Managers, engaging in real customer meetings and account management workflows.

Responsibilities
Shadow Senior CSMs and Onboarding Project Managers in customer meetings
Capture action items from meetings and ensure they are completed
Work directly with our Technical Support team to resolve customer needs
Manage and track customer activity inside: ClientSuccess (customer management system), GuideCX (project management system), Microsoft tools
Meet regularly with the CX team to identify improvements to internal systems and processes
As you grow in the role, begin managing Tier 3 customer accounts independently, including: Leading review meetings, High-level troubleshooting, Supporting renewal processing
Qualification
Required
Strong organization and follow-through
Clear, professional communication skills
Comfort interacting with customers and internal teams
Ability to learn software systems quickly
Interest in SaaS, industrial operations, or customer success
