Responsibilities
Perform small-scale batching and color matching to align products with market benchmarks
Recreate and match existing product colors using approved raw materials and industry-standard ingredient systems
Support batch scale-up from lab-scale to pilot production
Conduct and manage stability testing, including sample pulls, documentation, and ongoing monitoring
Assist in formulation development and optimization of shampoos and color systems
Evaluate and test raw materials to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance
Maintain accurate experimental documentation using electronic data and document control systems
Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline
Knowledge of color matching and small-scale batching
Knowledge of stability testing protocols and raw material functionality
Familiarity with GMP/GLP environments
