Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to ensure alignment of system solutions with organizational goals
Lead intake and discovery efforts; gather, analyze, and document clear, well-structured business and system requirements supported by data analysis
Conduct return on investment (ROI) analysis and contribute to proforma development; evaluate new applications and recommend system alternatives or enhancements
Prepare communications and deliver presentations outlining system enhancements, options, and recommendations to stakeholders
Assess evolving business needs and emerging IT developments; resolve routine issues independently while collaborating with senior team members on more complex initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI - PBA)
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP - IIBA)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business audiences
Demonstrated organizational and administrative capabilities, including documentation and process coordination
Customer service experience with a focus on responsiveness and stakeholder satisfaction
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
