Responsibilities
Lead cross‑functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects to meet business objectives
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies across the full project lifecycle
Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, taking corrective action when needed
Facilitate clear and effective communication with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders through regular updates and structured forums
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation
Qualification
Required
4 – 8 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in leading IT initiatives with a demonstrated ability to execute on time and on budget
Ability to effectively plan and organize an initiative
Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure that the deliverables are completed within the set timeframe
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and highly motivated
Possess high level of personal initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
