Responsibilities
Conducts data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions
Captures, develops, and documents data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
Creates and produces forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc
Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities
Develops reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders
Identifies and defines both process and data improvements
Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years relevant experience
Strong analytical skills and ability to “tell a story” and provide recommendations with data trends
Must be competent in excel (vlookups, tables, formulas, etc), Sql experience, Tableau, and setting up automated dashboards
Proficient with pulling data (writing queries), functions, formulas, and building volatile tables
Has working knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers
Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Works independently; receives minimal guidance
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Must have an Android or iOS device which is compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app
