Responsibilities

Conduct routine property inspections and identify operational needs
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative service initiatives
Provide on-site support during facilities work and construction activities
Coordinate vendors, scheduling, and scope clarification
Verify work completion and assist with punch-list resolution
Support tenant improvement and capital projects through field coordination
Assist with cost tracking, invoice review, and operational reporting
Maintain organized records of inspections, vendor activity, and project updates

Required
