Responsibilities

Maintain project records, prepare reports, manage contractual documents
Assist in developing, tracking, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and milestones
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project compliance
Assist estimators in gathering information for projects and review quantity takeoffs

Required

Applicants must be a current college student in good academic standing, enrolled in an accredited associate, bachelor's or graduate degree program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or relevant two-year certificate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines
