The Compliance Analyst will support the Governance, Risk and Compliance team in developing and managing data privacy strategies and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
Partner cross functionally to draft, maintain, and enforce company policies and standards
Assist with regulatory analysis and interpretation
Liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholders for successful competition of the annual SOC 2 attestation engagement
Assist in managing privacy-related inquiries and privacy rights (data subject) requests
Assist with internal audits and scanning of cookies and other tracking technologies
Conduct, review, and document privacy impact assessments (PIAs) / data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) in accordance with privacy best practices
Assist in due diligence and management of vendors and subprocessors, including review and analysis of data categories being processed, relevant activities, sensitivity of activities, agreements, diligence and compliance documentation, location of processing, and TIAs/PIAs
Assist with the development of corporate cybersecurity and data privacy training materials
Experience in AI-related privacy issues
Experience supporting privacy compliance in a technical environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of compliance experience
High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that reflect an appropriate level of judgment and maturity
Knowledge of data protection regulatory requirements
Experience with Data Privacy & Audits
Preferred
CISA, CIPP certification a plus
Experience with OneTrust GRC solutions preferred
Experience in AI-related privacy issues
Experience supporting privacy compliance in a technical environment
