Responsibilities
Review documents and affidavits for correctness and accuracy
Gather underlying proof of debt documentation prior to endorsing on behalf of the company
Work is performed in an office environment with personal computers, scanners, and printers
Import or scan documents into the company's document management system
Identify and classify documents according to characteristics defined by the unified court system
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies to include successful completion of an FDCPA assessment and computer-based training annually
Qualification
Required
High school diploma: business experience preferred, but not necessary
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook
Strong analytical skills and critical reasoning
Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Flexibility to perform varying work activities to meet business needs
Ability to support change and recommend process improvements
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
