Provides comprehensive coordination and administrative support for assigned projects and PMO initiatives
Monitors project progress, maintains schedules and documentation, and assists with risk, issue, and resource tracking to ensure projects remain on track
Coordinates stakeholder communications and meetings, supports governance and reporting requirements, and helps standardize PMO tools, templates, and processes
Contributes to change management and project readiness efforts while promoting adherence to established project management methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of two (2) years of project coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare environment; or
Additional administrative or operational support experience in a professional setting with demonstrated organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated team leadership and coordination skills
Strong documentation management skills and proficiency with project management tools
High attention to detail, including the ability to work accurately under pressure
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Preferred
Healthcare information technology or healthcare experience
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred
Working knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools
