Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML, SOAP, REST, and related protocols
Build integrations between legacy applications and Oracle HCM/SCM/ERP Cloud systems using OIC adapters (DB, File, FTP, SOAP, REST)
Apply SOA principles and best practices to deliver robust middleware solutions and troubleshoot integration issues
Drive architecture and system design for highly scalable business solutions leveraging Oracle iPaaS components
Provide mentorship and governance across transformation programs, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience on Oracle platforms with hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong experience designing integrations using OIC, XML, SOAP, REST, OSB, XQuery, XSLT, XSD, and WSDL
Proficiency in Oracle SOA Suite and iPaaS components with knowledge of integration design patterns
Experience in Oracle SaaS concepts and delivering integration between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems
Strong troubleshooting skills for middleware integrations and experience working in onsite-offshore models
Fusion AI agents understanding
Certifications on Oracle Fusion AI
Preferred
Deep technology/solution knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud with specialization across multiple industry verticals
Experience delivering solution governance for transformation programs within the Oracle ecosystem
Strong architecture and system design knowledge to build highly scalable business solutions
Understanding of Fusion AI agents and certifications in Oracle Fusion AI technologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills with a focus on mentorship
