The Coordinator will support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, lead medication administration, and guide Direct Support Professionals while maintaining a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities
Support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals through engaging activities—both onsite and through outings in the community
Lead the medication administration program by completing medication counts, observations, and audits to ensure medication is on hand for every individual
Help prep and execute daily projects, outings, and group activities, ensuring supplies, schedules, and plans are ready to go (and adjust on the fly when needed!)
Provide guidance to DSPs and help new hires feel confident by offering consistent and thorough shadowing opportunities
Complete documentation accurately and review daily notes for accuracy
Help maintain a clean, safe, and licensing-ready environment every day
Build positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, and teammates
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
Experience as a DSP is a plus—but we will train the right candidate with strong leadership and organizational qualities
An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and model professionalism for the team
A valid PA driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to transport individuals safely during outings using company provided vehicles
Ability to obtain the Medication Practicum Observer Certification within 6 months of hire
