Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional Energy Industry partner strategy to expand, build, and grow a set of regional partners with industry specialization
Be the industry thought leader, and share insights on business trends, growth areas, including AWS focused Partner capability and capacity
Build and manage strategic relationships with diverse industry focused Partner cohorts including G/SIs, G/ISVs, including CXO-level connects with customers, and partners
Evangelize the build and execution of strategic business plan with each industry partner, through close collaboration with AWS Global Sales teams
Work with new and existing strategic partners (across GSI, SI, ISV) to expand AWS Industry practice by building offerings and solutions
Drive scale through incorporation of best practices and repeatable mechanisms across AMER customers

Required

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
5+ years of solving customer needs with technology in the Energy & Utilities industries
Experience developing and executing sales strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Preferred

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
Experience selling enterprise software or cloud-based applications directly and with consulting/technology providers
Experience working with Data & AI related technologies and translating them to solutions for the Energy and Utilities industries
