Responsibilities
Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with company goals
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
Oversee stainless steel tank design and fabrication, ensuring ASME code compliance
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, safety, and environmental standards
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Operations to deliver projects on time and within budget
Drive improvements in CAD modeling, design standardization, and manufacturing workflows
Support innovation in fabrication, automation, and corrosion-resistant design
Ensure compliance with UN shipping regulations, DOT standards, and international transport requirements
Manage engineering budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in metal fabrication or industrial equipment manufacturing
At least 5 years of engineering leadership experience
Strong knowledge of stainless-steel properties, welding techniques, and ASME pressure vessel standards
Familiarity with UN shipping regulations and international compliance standards
Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, and ERP systems
Strategic mindset with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience supporting semiconductor or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
