The role involves collaborating with the analytics team to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data, contributing insights that support informed decision-making across the facility.

Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and organizing data from the warehouse management system and related databases. Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Perform quantitative analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and operational insights. Partner with team members to develop data-driven solutions to business challenges
Develop clear, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau to communicate findings effectively
Maintain clear and organized documentation of SQL queries, data sources, and analytical procedures to support long-term usability and knowledge sharing
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver analytical support that drives operational improvements
Qualification
Required
In pursuit of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, business analytics, statistics or a related discipline
Preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
Proficiency in data acquisition, data manipulation, and data visualization tools
Excellent problem solving and critical-thinking abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
