Engineering Project Team Leader – Hydraulic Installation

Responsibilities
Develop project scope to address business challenges and opportunities
Coordinating resources across sales and marketing, product development groups, value chain and manufacturing
Overseeing project progress and costs; communicating status with stakeholders and participating functional areas; addressing and resolving problems
Directing project staffing; motivating and developing project team and team members
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in managing engineering projects with cross-functional scope
Strong technical expertise in product design, troubleshooting, and development
Extensive experience in project management, including risk analysis and contingency planning
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through technical expertise and stakeholder engagement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science from an accredited institution
