Sustainable Living Program Manager

This role involves overseeing the Weber State Sustainable Living Initiative, managing operations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support sustainability goals and program administration.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Weber State Sustainable Living (WSSL) Initiative, which includes clean energy, water conservation, and community engagement programs centered at the SPARC Home for Sustainable Living
Serve as the primary point of coordination for operational, administrative, and reporting requirements tied to the BERP, a multi-year, state-funded, subaward grant
Work in close partnership with the Sustainability Programs & Engagement Manager and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic planning, budget oversight, and performance reporting are implemented with precision and integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of related experience (a master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience)
Prior leadership experience in sustainability, nonprofit, higher education, and/or public service sectors
Preferred
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Experience in strategic planning and stakeholder engagement
Experience managing grant budgets and financial documentation
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency with project management tools
Experience fostering team development
Excellent communication skills, including technical writing and/or public presentation
