Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for the OTC (AR & OM) and Revenue Experience
Create and Document Business Solution Design And UAT Prep Files for the OTC and Revenue Experience
Light Business Solution Design for Tax Integrations
Partner with Business Product Managers - BPM’s - and schedule interviews with assigned SME’s to gather business requirements for each Feature
Partner with BPM’s and SME’s to document BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) for each Feature
Partner with BPM’s, TPM’s, and BSD (me) to document the Acceptance Criteria and Solution Criteria for Features and SFSTRY’s
Partner with Business Solution Designer - BSD - to document required Proof of Concepts for features
Partner with BPM’s and BSD to document business process workflow
Partner with TPM’s, the Architect, and BSD to document the systems process workflow
Partner with BPM’s and BSD to review and signoff on SFSTRY’s
Partner with BSD on documenting UAT prep files (Test Scenarios and Test Scripts)
Partner with BSD to provide guidance and expectations to Change Management on their efforts to prepare Enablement Training Material and Analysis metrics
Partner with BSD to provide solution guidance to ad hoc inquiries from BPM’s, TPM’s, architects, and SME’s
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in business solution design
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data
Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Finance, business administration, management, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with Finance/Accounting: OTC (AR & OM) and Revenue Experience preferred
