The role involves creating automated workflows, managing SharePoint Online environments, and providing end-user support and training.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
Convert existing PDF forms into Microsoft Forms , including redesign, build, and testing
Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate workflows
Develop automated workflows incorporating approvals, Outlook email notifications, and SharePoint list integration
Design, build, and manage a SharePoint Online intranet , including HUB sites
Migrate content from Drupal CMS to SharePoint Online
Administer SharePoint Online environments (site collections, permissions, lists/libraries, governance)
Provide end-user support, training, and technical documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Power Platform and SharePoint Online
Strong expertise in workflows, automation, lists, and data integration
Enterprise-level SharePoint Online administration experience
Proficiency in HTML/CSS
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform
