Program SMT equipment (screen printer, pick & place, reflow oven)
Analyze production issues and recommend improvements
Support NPI and validate processes
Work with cross-functional teams
Create work instructions from drawings
Design fixtures using SolidWorks
Support Lean / Six Sigma projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience
SMT process experience
CAD experience
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma
