Social Impact Enablement Support Analyst
EPITEC is seeking a Social Impact Enablement Support Contractor to provide strategic, operational, and coordination support across their social impact initiatives. This role will help strengthen planning, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution of high-impact programs and engagements.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational, and logistical support for social impact initiatives, programs, convenings, and events
Assist in developing, refining, and documenting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Support preparation for internal and external stakeholder engagements by gathering materials, drafting content, and coordinating logistics
Contribute to ideation efforts, including design sprints and strategic planning sessions, by capturing notes, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-up tasks
Provide support for coordination across teams within and beyond the Foundation to enable enterprise-wide engagement and impact
Support tracking of ongoing tasks and initiatives by maintaining status updates, capturing next steps, and flagging items requiring attention
Assist with coordinating activities across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely progress
Some travel may be required

Ability to support multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Resourceful and proactive in identifying and elevating challenges, exercising appropriate autonomy and discretion
General familiarity with strategic planning and program delivery concepts to effectively support related activities
