Information Management Specialist
eQuestever is a national law firm seeking an Information Management Specialist for its Minneapolis office. This role supports attorneys and administrative staff by managing and tracking client and firm information, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate indexing of onsite files and containers in the firm’s tracking system (iCompli)
Fulfill requests for containers, barcodes, and physical information transfers
Oversee and organize assigned information storage areas
Process incoming and outgoing client files between offices and external parties
Collect, review, and index physical information for transfers or destruction
Ensure compliance with firm information management standards
Provide reports and metrics on information management activities
Assist with training initiatives and process improvements
Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR 2–3 years of professional services or administrative experience
Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff
Team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in information management or records management
Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment
Familiarity with records tracking systems such as iCompli or similar tools
