Start in 2026 SummerVixxo Facility Solutions is seeking a Project Operations Intern for their Summer 2026 Internship Program at their Scottsdale, AZ office. The intern will support the execution of client installation and facility management projects, assisting Project Managers with coordination, data management, and administrative tasks to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with coordination of new client installation projects
Perform audits of site surveys, vendor confirmations, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct outbound calls to service providers and store locations for routine reminders, confirmations, and project updates
Track and document outcomes of outreach efforts to maintain project timelines
Ensure daily data entry and management of location openings, closings, and associated project attributes
Maintain accurate tracking within internal systems to support reporting and visibility
Update project timelines and status logs to reflect real-time progress
Assist in preparing periodic project status reports for internal leadership
Support vendor confirmation and scheduling coordination
Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
Log and document project activities and updates in accordance with team processes
Identify and escalate potential scheduling or data discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable performing repetitive, accuracy-driven tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
Preferred
Interest in operations, facilities management, or project coordination
Demonstrates accountability and reliability
Able to follow structured processes and checklists
Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating professionally
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
