Responsibilities
The primary focus of this role is to support monthly/weekly reporting initiatives for leadership
Pull monthly aftermarket SAP data from Tableau report
When monthly data is unavailable from Tableau, pull aftermarket data from SAP
Export relevant material master information and load data into Excel
Generate multiple bar graphs and create PowerPoint slides organized and formatted per customer requirements
Highlight month-over-month significant changes in graphs as required
Perform SAP & MS Excel data entry and transactions
Qualification
Required
HS diploma/GED required
1-2 SAP data entry experience
SAP experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Familiarity with Tableau
Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen
This role is an on-site position located in Rockford, ILL
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Due to the nature of the work, zero travel is required
Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
