Responsibilities
Primarily manages Phase 1 implementations (with some later-phase SOWs) to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed
Accurately identifies and escalates project risks appropriately
Drafts change requests, as needed
Ensures a customer's successful transition to Customer Success upon project completion
Provides recommendations to improve the Phase 1 process
Qualification
Required
Obtained a bachelor's degree
5+ years' experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise software implementations
Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
Preferred
Expert knowledge of and experience with Digital Asset Management systems, preferred
Proficient with G-Suite or related software
