Responsibilities
Perform technical planning, system requirement development, requirements verification, and support reviews
Requirements development in DOORS and MBSE development in Cameo in addition to coordination with design, test, and other teams
Demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support Guidance & Control requirements, verification, interfaces, architecture, and/or Major Program Event (MPE) event coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience, 0 years of experience with a Master's degree
2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering Principles
2+ years of experience with Requirements Development
Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Preferred
A general understanding of Engineering Board Processes
Experience leading projects/assignments
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or similar
Experience working with Cameo or similar tools
Experience working with DOORS or similar tools
Experience with MBSE
Experience with Critical Design Review planning and/or execution
Experience with one or more of the following disciplines: Guidance, Navigation, & Control, Electrical Engineering design, Software Development, Hardware-Software Interfaces
