The role involves engaging with the Warehouse Team to resolve inventory discrepancies and supporting various process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Actively participate in inventory process improvement by following instructions from the manager
Engage with Warehouse Team and Supervisor to identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancy issues
Direct support in detailed process documentation, design, validation and implementation
Be a part of process design discussions and conduct feasibility and time studies as directed
Generate process flow charts and facilitate document release process as needed
Perform Time Studies to determine base line process time, support line layout rebalancing, and to measure process improvement benefits
Maintain tools and work environment for optimal performance and safety
Assists managers in various activities and projects
Assist Manager to Implement LEAN Concepts in the Facility – KanBan; Single Minute Change Over; the Elimination of Waste, and to improve the work order staging process
Qualification
Required
Completed 3 years of study towards a bachelor's degree in industrial and/ manufacturing engineering bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Previous internship experience in a project team environment is a plus
